Rejuvenation of the Yamuna Maa Lake, Apex, NC

NuaBloomTM LLC and Nualgi Nanobiotech are honored to partner with the Radha Krishna Temple of North Carolina on the Yamuna Maa Lake Pilot Demonstration Project. We sincerely appreciate the Temple and the Town of Apex, North Carolina, for providing the opportunity to demonstrate a sustainable, nature-based approach to lake rejuvenation. The project aims to support healthier water ecosystems through enhanced biological activity and improved water quality.

Within the first four weeks of treatment, the lake has shown encouraging results. Dissolved oxygen levels increased to approximately 9 mg/L, water clarity improved significantly, and no visible blue-green algae have been observed during recent inspections. Improved clarity has also made submerged aquatic vegetation visible, while mosquito larvae and small insects previously seen around the lake have not been detected. These observations demonstrate the potential of Nualgi’s diatom-based technology to help restore and maintain healthier aquatic ecosystems, and we look forward to continuing to monitor and share the lake’s progress.
